Shipping & Handling

We make every effort to ship items within 2-3 business days AFTER your order is placed. We try to ship orders in full, in one shipment for your convenience. However, depending on the items ordered, multiple shipments may be required to fulfill your order.

Since all of our items are handmade, please be patient if you experience longer shipping and handling times.

You will receive an email indicating when your item has shipped. You can log into your account and view tracking information, if tracking is available for your items. Please note, some tracking is not available until after the package has been delivered.

The Working Dogs is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our warehouses so please check with the carrier if our system shows it has been shipped and you have not received it.

Shipping cost will be shown at check out BEFORE you pay so you will know exactly what they are. All international orders are shipped with tracking. You are responsible for any taxes or duty charges. International orders may require additional processing time.
